  • Export Development Canada on a loan agreement for USD100 million granted to Cencosud.
  • Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas on the preparation and execution of pledges over shares issued by SMU, in order to secure the payment of bonds issued by Inversiones SMU Matriz under New York Law.
