  • Tianqi Lithium Corporation on the investigation before the National Economic Prosecutor (FNE) for the acquisition of a minority stake in Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile (SQM) for USD4,07 billion, which ended with an out-of-court settlement, approved by the Antitrust Court, being the largest transaction in the history of the Santiago Stock Exchange.
  • International Business Machines (IBM) on the mandatory merger control before the FNE, regarding the global acquisition of Red Hat for USD34 billion, transaction which was approved with no conditions by the authority.
