    • Codelco on the reopening of the bonds issued in January 2025, through a new issuance for an aggregate amount of USD 1.4 billion, under Rule 144A/Reg S of the United States, divided into: USD 700 million maturing in 2035, with an annual interest rate of 6.330%; and USD 700 million maturing in 2055, with an annual interest rate of 6.780%. This transaction included the participation of BofA Securities, Credit Agricole Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities and Santander US Capital Markets, as representatives of the initial purchasers.
    • Solar Elena, a company of the Grenergy Renovables group, on an up to USD270 million financing governed by New York law, for the construction, development, and operation of a project located in Chile’s Antofagasta Region. The project includes a photovoltaic solar plant along with a high-capacity battery energy storage system, which will store solar energy sourced both from the existing plant and from the power grid, taking advantage of currently low prices during solar hours.
    • MUFG Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Natixis (New York Branch), and BNP Paribas on a USD254 million senior financing granted to Scala Chile Data Centers, part of the DigitalBridge group, for the construction and operation of three hyperscale data centres in Lampa, Curauma, and Huechuraba, as well as a major power substation and related credit facilities.
    • Verano Energy, through its subsidiary PFV Domeyko, on a secured financing of up to USD192.5 million, granted by Société Générale, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and The Bank of Nova Scotia, for the development, construction, and operation of Domeyko, a 83 MW solar project with a 660 MWh BESS storage system, located in the Atacama Region. The financing includes term loans for up to USD176.1 million and the issuance of letters of credit for up to USD16.2 million. Additionally, on the financing of the VAT associated to the construction of the project, granted by Scotiabank Chile.
    • Caja Los Andes on a USD100 million loan granted by Corporación Andina de Fomento, for the financing of its social loans regime.
    • Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on a USD147 million financing to fund the construction, development, and operation of a battery energy storage system (BESS) with a nominal capacity of 220 MW and 1,100 MWh, located in Chile’s Antofagasta Region.
    • Minera Valle Central, a mining company owned by Amerigo Resources and Amerigo International, on a credit agreement for USD30 million, granted by Itaú Chile New York Brach, to restructure its debt facilities.
