His practice focuses on legal advice and strategy in the development of energy projects, in electricity industry matters, including supply, generation, transmission, distribution, obtention of administrative permits and the negotiation of contracts related to the area and, in general, the electric industry regulation, corporate law and civil law.
Previously, his practice focused on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general practice.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- An international joint venture on the joint development of a green hydrogen and ammonia production project in Chile.
- Multinational companies on the implementation in Chile of employee stock ownership plans, including the preparation of the securities offering documents and their oversight by the Chilean Financial Market Commission.
- The Freyja Foundation on the purchase of 309 hectares of native forest of high ecological value in a strategic part of the Cochamó Valley, for land conservation.
- An important national electricity company on financing matters and granting of guarantees to various international banks.
- Various international clients on the establishment of subsidiaries in Chile and the start of their activities in the country.
- A foreign renewable energy and green hydrogen generation company on its establishment and the start of its activities in Chile.
