Her professional practice is focused on the assistance for the development of all kind of energy projects, including contracts for the supply of electricity, electric transmission, property and land use permits, community relations, indigenous law, and in general regulatory matters of the energy industry. Also, she has experience in natural resources transactions, in project finance, contracts negotiations, and in civil law, corporate law and commercial law.


  • Sempra/Chilquinta on the acquisition of Compañía Transmisora del Norte Grande, owned by AES Gener and its subsidiary Eléctrica Angamos, for USD219 million, consisting of 316 kms of transmission lines located in the regions of Antofagasta, Valparaíso and Metropolitana.
  • Generadora Trasandina on the bidding process and later acquisition of a biogas generation plant.
  • Hidroeléctrica Las Flores on obtaining financing for the construction, execution and operation of its project.
  • An energy generation company on the transfer of property of two hydropower energy plants.
  • An energy generation company on the 2014 "SIC 213/03-2°" bidding process, and successful awarding of energy blocks to supply energy to the distribution companies of the Central Interconnected Electricity Grid.
  • Several solar, wind, and hydropower energy companies on the negotiations of the agreements related to the development of their projects in Chile.
  • Banco Security and Banco Consorcio on the due diligence and financing of the construction, commissioning and operation of Uribe Solar, a photovoltaic power plant of approx. 50MW that will inject power to the Norte Grande Interconnected System, owned by Fotovoltaica Norte Grande 5, Chilean subsidiary of Gestamp Renewables, a leading European energy Company with worldwide operations, for USD102 million.
  • Corpbanca, Banco Bice, La Caixa y DNB on the due diligence and financing of the development, design, engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance of an app. 60MWp photovoltaic solar generation facility known as "Laberinto Este" and an approx. 86MWp photovoltaic solar generation facility known as "Laberinto Oeste", for a combined installed capacity of 146MWp, both of which are located in Sierra Gorda, Antofagasta, and its related transmission line and civil engineering works, for an amount of up to USD187 million.
  • Thiess PTY on the negotiation and execution of the Pre-Stripping service agreement to supply Project Encuentro, owned by AMSA.
