USD1 billion, of the port terminals and inland logistics business of SAAM, a Chilean listed multinational company that provides foreign trade services. Hapag-Lloyd acquired the entire operation of the port terminals business of SAAM, which includes ten terminals in six countries in the Americas, and of the inland logistics business of SAAM.
    • OMERS Infrastructure Chile Holdings I and Enagás Chile on the sale of 80% of their shareholding in GNL Quintero to EIG Global Energy Partners and Fluxys for USD1,165 billion.
    • ThyssenKrupp on a merger control notification to the FNE, regarding the cross-border acquisition of its mining technology business by FLSmidth for USD325 million.
    • Patria Investments before the FNE on the acquisition of Moneda Asset Management, a leading asset manager based in Chile.
    • Deutsche Post (DHL) and J.F. Hillebrand Group, companies active in the freight forwarding market, before the FNE on the concentration by which DHL acquired control of the latter.

    • Nestlé Chile on the mandatory merger control procedure before the FNE related to the acquisition of La Fête Chocolat, a Chilean company active in the production and retail commercialization of premium chocolates.
