Her practice focuses on advising domestic and foreign clients in connection with real estate matters, including the development, management and financing of real estate projects. She has ample experience in Notarial and Land Registration matters.


  • KSL Capital Partners, a US-based private equity firm, and its Australian luxury hotel platform Baillie Lodges, on the acquisition of Tierra Hotels. The latter is a Chilean luxury lodge chain with hotels in Torres del Paine (Patagonia), San Pedro de Atacama and Chiloé.
  • Asterion Industrial Partners, a Spanish private equity firm, and its subsidiary Nabiax, a firm focused on the data center business, on the acquisition of four data centers (two in Spain and two in Chile) from Telefónica in approx. USD 120 million. The transaction included the negotiation and drafting of an investment agreement, some assets purchase agreement and different lease and services contracts for the management and operation of the data centers. As part of the deal, Telefónica acquired 20% of Nabiax ultimate controlling entity.
  • Sinovac, a Chinese leading biopharmaceutical company and one of the largest producers of vaccines against Covid-19 in the world, on the purchase of a real estate for a fill & finish vaccine facility in Santiago, Chile, of more than 21,000 square meters, in the context of on the installation and development of its operation in Chile, which is the first one in the region. Through its Chilean business unit, Sinovac intends to also cover the rest of the Latin American market.
  • Cinépolis on the sale of CineHoyts’ movie theater complex located in La Reina, Santiago, and later lease back to Banchile Administradora General de Fondos.
  • Avante Financial Group, a Chilean-Colombian private equity firm, on the acquisition of two retirement facilities located in Santiago, from Ambar Residence Group for approx. USD35,5 million, and the lease of the operations to Acalis, an international retirement communities operator. The transaction also involved the financing of the deal by Principal Financial Group.
