His practice is focused on advising clients on labor related areas, including hiring and termination processes, corporate policies, labor due diligence processes, employment matters derived and/or associated to mergers and acquisitions, social security and taxes on employees, among others.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- A German maritime shipping company on a labor due diligence process, employee transfer and retention scheme for key employees, due to an M&A transaction with a Chilean maritime company to jointly become one of the largest shipping companies in the world.
- Several local and foreign companies on day-to-day general labor matters such as terminations, legal consultations, negotiations with employees, updating of documents and policies, among others.
