REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Precision, Pulley and Idler on an arbitration dispute against Clark Ingeniería y Desarrollo, for breach of representations and warranties declared in the Stock Purchase Agreement when Precision Pulley acquired the latter company.
  • To a local company on a contractual liability claim regarding the non-payment of the purchase price.
  • To a water utility company on a non- contractual liability claim regarding supposed fault on the drinking water network.
  • To a pension plan company in Chile on a contractual liability claim regarding supposed breach of legal duties.
  • To a global company on corporate conflicts with the ex administrator of the society.
  • To a local company on an executive lawsuit regarding supposed non-payment of municipal taxes.
