Sky Airline on its defense in a consultation procedure initiated by a competitor before the Antitrust Court, regarding tenders for restricted air frequencies on the Santiago-Lima route.
Elanco on a mandatory merger filing before the FNE regarding the acquisition by Merck of its aquaculture business.
