· Participation in an Interdisciplinary Committee organized  by the  Chilean  Securities  and  Exchange  Commission to draft a Code of Best Corporate Practices.

· Participation in a project to harmonize the sanitary and environmental regulations of the Chilean Agricultural and Ranching Service (Servicio Agrícola y Ganadero) and the European Union (2006 - 2007).

· Legal advice to Enap in different matters related to industrial property.

· Advice to the Chilean Government on the legal framework necessary to create an organism in charge of promoting the country’s image abroad

· Advise to the Chilean Foreign Investment Committee on the foreign investment legal regime in several opportunities.

· Legal advice to the Consumer’s Agency (Servicio Nacional del Conumidor) regarding patents and domain names.

· Participation in the Capital Markets Advice Committee of the Finance Ministry during the government of President Michelle Bachelet.

· Contribution to a new regulatory framework and institutionality for the Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros, equivalent to the Insurance and Securities Commission.

· Cooperation with the Chilean Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (the Insurance and Securities Commission) in the design and implementation of several measures intended to promote the growth of the bonds and commercial paper markets, through standardized documents and flexibilized procedures that will allow a faster regulatory approval process.
