Karol Oyanader is a member of Carey y Cía.’s Natural Resources, Energy and Environment Group. Her professional practice focuses on mining law, water law and natural resources litigation.

In 2007, she obtained a Diploma in New Trends on Civil Liability at the Universidad de Chile and in 2010 a Diploma in Economic Administrative Law at the Universidad Católica de Chile.

Having studied law at the Universidad de Chile, Mrs. Oyanader was admitted to the Bar in 2007. She is member of the Chilean Bar Association and the International Bar Association (IBA).

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
