Felipe Garcés is a member of Carey y Cía.’s Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions / Capital Markets Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general practice.

Between years 2005 and 2010 he served as assistant professor of Constitutional Law at Universidad Católica de Chile’s Law School.

Mr. Garcés studied Law at Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating in 2010. In October of 2011, he was admitted to the Bar.
