Pablo Iacobelli is a partner of Carey y Cía.´s Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions / Insurance Group. His practice focuses in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, foreign investment and insurance. Ranked as leading individual in Corporate/M&A by Chambers Latin America.

During 1998, Mr. Iacobelli worked at Simpson, Thatcher & Bartlett, New York. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and officer of the Latin America Regional Forum of the International Bar Association.

He received his law degree (J.D.) from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and was admitted to the Bar in 1990. He also received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law, N.C., U.S.A in 1994. 

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
