Tomás Pérez is a member of Carey y Cía.´s Litigation Group. His practice focuses principally on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and bankruptcy.

He currently serves as an assistant professor of Commercial Law at Universidad Católica de Chile.

Mr. Pérez studied law at Universidad Católica de Chile, where he obtained the Bachelor´s Degree in Law with the Highest Distinction in 2010. He was admitted to the Bar in Chile in 2011.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
