Jaime Carey Astaburuaga is a member of Carey y Cía.’s Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, international trade, foreign investments and general practice.

During year 2007, he worked as a law clerk with the firm’s Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

He studied Law at Universidad Católica de Chile, having spent a semester as an exchange student at The University of Sydney, Australia, and was admitted to the Bar in 2011.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
