Alejandro Edwards is a member of Carey’s Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions / Capital Markets Group / Antitrust Group. He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, corporate law, commercial law, finance and capital markets and general practice.

In 2011 and 2012 Mr. Edwards worked as a foreign associate at the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell.

He studied law at the Universidad Católica de Chile and was admitted to the Bar in 2007. In 2010 Mr. Edwards received a scholarship from the government of Chile to study a Master in Law (LLM) at University of Chicago, which he received in 2011.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
