Roberto Villaseca is a member of Carey y Cía.’s Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, international trade, foreign investments and general practice.

During year 2007, he worked as a law clerk with the firm’s Natural Resources and Environment Group. He was a teaching assistant of Legal History and Civil Law at the Universidad Católica de Chile.

He studied Law at the Universidad Católica de Chile, having spent a semester as an exchange student at Boston College. In 2012 he was admitted to the Bar.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
