Juan Turner is member of Carey y Cía.’s Corporate/ Mergers & Acquisitions / Antitrust Group. His practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, finance and capital markets.

Mr. Turner is member of the Chilean Bar Association.

Mr. Turner studied law at the Universidad Católica de Chile, having spent a semester abroad as an exchange student at The University of California at Santa Barbara, U.S. He graduated on 2007 and was admitted to the bar in 2009.

He is fluent in English and Spanish.
