José Santos Ossa is a member of Carey y Cia.´s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group. He specializes in the areas of intellectual property litigation, licensing, distribution and franchise agreement, data privacy, technology law, trademarks, sanitary law, patents, and electronic commerce.

During 2009-2010 he worked as a clerk at Carey y Cía.’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group.

José Santos studied Law at Universidad Diego Portales. He graduated with distinction in 2010. In 2012 he was admitted to the Bar.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
