Arturo Poblete is a member of Carey y Cía’s Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions / Capital Markets Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general practice.

During years 2006 and 2007, he worked as a law clerk with the firm’s Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

He is currently an assistant professor of Commercial Law at the Universidad Católica de Chile School of Law.

He studied law at Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating in 2008. He was admitted to the Bar in 2011.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
