Rosario Martínez is a member of Carey’s Natural Resources, Energy and Environment Group. Her professional practice is focused on the development of renewable energy projects, community relations, indigenous law, water law, mining law, natural resources transactions, corporate law and commercial law. Since 2007 she has acted as assistant professor of Commercial law at the Universidad Católica de Chile Law School. She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association. Mrs. Martínez studied law at the Universidad Católica de Chile and was admitted to the Bar in 2009. During 2011 Mrs. Martínez studied a Master of Globalization Law and Social Integration at the University of Navarra, Spain. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
