Mercedes Valdivieso is a member of Carey y Cia.´s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group. Her practice areas are handling and litigation of trademarks and patents.

Mercedes studied Law at Universidad Católica de Chile. She graduated in 2006 with two votes of distinction. In 2012 she was admitted to the Bar.

She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
