Patricia Silberman is a member of Carey y Cia.’s Corporate / Mergers&Acquisitions Group. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, global finance, securities, and international trade.

Between 2007 and 2011 Mrs. Silberman was an associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP (New York) where she represented clients on cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tender offers and credit agreements. During 2006 and 2007 she worked as a foreign associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP (New York). She is a member of the New York Bar Association.

She is the co-author of the book "Reponsabilidad Precontractual por Ruptura de Negociaciones Contractuales" and the co-author of the article "Chile: A Renewed Path to Energy Autonomy," published by Latin Lawyer in 2008.

Mrs. Silberman graduated with highest honors from Universidad de Chile School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in Chile in 2004. She received a Master of Laws (L.L.M) from University of Pennsylvania in 2006 and was admitted to the New York Bar on the same year.

She is fluent in Spanish, English and Hebrew.
