Luciano Aguilera is member of Carey y Cía.’s Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions / Capital Markets Group. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general practice.

He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Business and Labor Law at the Universidad Diego Portales School of Law.

Mr. Aguilera studied law at the Universidad Diego Portales, and was admitted to the Bar in 2009.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
