Javiera Sepúlveda is a member of Carey y Cia.´s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group. Her practice areas are focused on electronic commerce, industrial designs, internet, domain names, copyright and intellectual property.

She studied law at Universidad Católica de Chile graduating in 2010 with two votes of distinction. Also, she obtained an Academic Certificate in Economic-Commercial Law. In 2001 she was admitted to the Bar.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
