Tomás Poblete is a member of Carey y Cía’s Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions / Capital Markets Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general practice.

Mr. Poblete studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and was admitted to the Bar in 2007.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
