Eduardo Poehls is a member of Carey y Cía.’s Corporate/ Mergers & Acquisitions / Antitrust Group. His practice focuses on antitrust, corporate law and commercial law.

He served as assistant editor of the magazine Revista Chilena de Derecho of the Universidad Católica de Chile during the years 2007 and 2009. He is currently assistant to the Antitrust and Competition Center of this University.

Mr. Poehls studied law at the Universidad Católica de Chile and was admitted to the Bar in 2009.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
