Giannina Veniú is a member of Carey y Cía.’s Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions / Capital Markets Group. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general practice.

She was an assistant professor of International Commercial Law at the Universidad de Chile School of Law, during 2009. In 2010 she made her professional internship in the Judicial Assistance Corporation, graded with an outstanding performance.

She studied law at Universidad de Chile, graduating with maximum distinction. She was admitted to the Bar in 2011.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
