Javiera Péndola is a Junior Patent and Regulatory Specialist of Carey y Cía.’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group.

Her practice area is focused on pharmaceutical patents and regulatory affairs related to sanitary registrations for pharmaceutical products, cosmetics and medical devices.

Additionally, Ms. Péndola serves as a teaching assistant in the Pharmaceutical Legislation course for Chemistry and Pharmacy students at the Department of Science and Pharmaceutical Technology at Universidad de Chile.

Ms. Péndola studied Chemistry and Pharmacy at the Universidad de Chile, and obtained her title in 2011.
