Rafael Vergara
Between 1988 and 1990 he was Assistant Professor of Mining Law at the Universidad de Chile, and between 1992 and 1993, at the Universidad Católica de Chile.
He has given classes on Mining Law organized by the Judicial Academy of Chile, for judges and members of the Court of Appeals, and has made presentations on energy regulation and natural resources in many conferences and seminars, both in Chile and abroad.
Since 1996 he is Professor in Mining Law at the Universidad de Chile, entity that awarded him as the Best Professor of the School of Law in 2008 along with Ricardo Reveco, associate of Carey y Cía.
Since 2003, he is Professor in Mining Law at the Universidad de Los Andes.

Juan Francisco Mackenna
In 1998 he was Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law at the Universidad Diego Portales. He is currently Assistant Professor of Mining Law at Universidad de Chile’s Law School.
