    • Liberty Mutual Insurance, one of the largest insurance companies in the world, on the sale to HDI International (part of the Talanx Group) of Liberty Mutual’s personal and commercial business in Chile, Brazil, Colombia, and Ecuador. The acquisition is estimated for a total deal value of approx. USD1.48 billion. Upon closing, the Talanx Group is expected to become the third-largest insurer by premium income in property/casualty business in Latin America.
    • Hapag-Lloyd, a German listed company and global leader in container shipping, on the acquisition, for approx. USD1 billion, of the port terminals and inland logistics business of SAAM, a Chilean listed multinational company that provides foreign trade services. Hapag-Lloyd acquired the entire operation of the SAAM's port terminals business, which includes ten terminals in six countries in the Americas, and of the inland logistics business of SAAM.
    • Faber-Castell AG a leading German company in the manufacturing of pencils and writing products, on the acquisition of the 33% stake that Distribuidora de Agendas y Cuadernos Ltda. held in Faber-Castell Chile, becoming owner of the 100%.
    • Midea Group on the acquisition of the Teka Group, a multinational engaged in the manufacturing and commercialization of electric appliance products, with a presence in over 120 countries including Europe, Asia and the Americas. The advice included corporate, intellectual property, employment, tax, real estate, environmental and regulatory permitting matters, among others.
    • Maxima Power Group, a portfolio company of Copley Equity Partners, on its sale to Sunbelt Solomon Services. Maxima Power Group is a NETA accredited electrical engineering, automation solutions, and technical field services provider with operations in the US, Canada and Chile, and is comprised of Magna IV Engineering, Power Solutions Group and Industrial Tests. Sunbelt Solomon Services is a portfolio company of US private equity firm Trilantic North America.
    • LatentView Analytics, an Indian listed digital analytics consulting firm, on the acquisition of the 70% outstanding equity of Decision Point, a global leader in artificial intelligence-led business transformation and revenue growth management, for USD39.1 million. The remaining 30% equity is to be acquired over the next two years with a payout. Decision Point operates in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America (which includes a Chilean subsidiary).
    • H&CO a US-based global accounting and consulting firm, on the acquisition of the SAP Business One assets of Inxap in Chile and Argentina. The transaction also included the acquisition of Inxap's cloud business solutions in Chile.
    • Ponsse Oyj, a Finnish manufacturer of forest machines, on the acquisition of the forest machinery business of FC Ventas, its Chilean distributor.
    • Liberty Mutual International, part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, on the acquisition of 99.56% of Compañía de Seguros Generales Penta-Security, the fourth largest non-life insurance company in Chile.
    • Air Products and Chemicals, a U.S. publicly traded company in the atmospheric and specialty gases industry, on the acquisition of 66% of Indura, the largest independent industrial gas company in Latin America, for USD884 million.
    • Sugalidal, a Portuguese company, on the acquisition of TresMontes Luchetti Agroindustrial. Due to this transaction, Sugalidal became the third largest tomato paste producer in the world.
    • A major U.S. multinational, one of the world’s leading defense contractors, in connection with the tender process for the sale of sensitive military equipment to the Chilean Government.
    • A U.S. specialty vehicle manufacturer and its subsidiary on various successful international tender processes launched by the Chilean Firefighters’ Board, on international supply agreements with multiple Fire Departments, and on a number of dispute resolution cases regarding procurement processes.
    • KSL Capital Partners, a US-based private equity firm, and its Australian luxury hotel platform Baillie Lodges, on the acquisition of Tierra Hotels. The latter is a Chilean luxury lodge chain with hotels in Torres del Paine (Patagonia), San Pedro de Atacama and Chiloé.

    • Riot Games on its defense against a lawsuit filed by a user of the game League of Legends based on alleged infringement of the Consumer Protection Act (Law Nr. 19,496), claiming damages compensations, caused by the permanent suspension of his videogame account for inappropriate behavior.
    • P&G Larraín and CNSA on the preparation and negotiation of a lease agreement for 38,000 square meters of land, allowing HCG to develop a five-star hotel project in Santiago’s financial district.
