REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Codelco on the issuance and placement of USD2 billion bonds in international markets, under Rule 144A / Reg S, due in 2025.
  • Banco Security and Banco Consorcio, as lenders, on the financing of two photovoltaic facilities (PMGD) known as “Marchigüe” and “La Esperanza”, as well as the Value Added Tax (VAT) associated with the construction of such facilities.
  • BBVA, BNP Paribas, BNY Mellon, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Daiwa, Deutsche Bank, FTN Financial and others on the update of an MTN Program by Banco del Estado de Chile through its New York Branch, under Rule 144A / Reg S and registered in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
  • Banco Security on a credit facility to Parque Eólico Cabo Leones I for the financing of VAT payments associated to the development, construction and initial operation of an approx. 115.5 MW AC wind power plant and an associated electrical substation.
  • Cheniere Marketing on behalf of Cheniere Energy holding, on the review and negotiation of a loan for more than USD850 million to Central El Campesino and GNL Penco as borrowers, by a syndicate of local and foreign banks.
  • Cat Corredores de Seguros y Servicios, subsidiary of Scotiabank Chile, in obtaining authorization from the Superintendency of Banks and Financial Institutions of Chile for its merger with BanParis Corredores de Seguros.
  • Codelco on the issuance and placement of USD2 billion bonds in international markets, under Rule 144A / Reg S, due in 2025.
