  • CHRISTUS Health,  a not-for-profit institution and one of the ten largest healthcare operators on the US, on the acquisition of 50% of Red Salud UC, the largest private healthcare group in Chile, owned by Universidad Católica de Chile, and on the negotiation of corporate governance issues.
  • Teck in a USD3.5 billion joint venture with Goldcorp that will combine their Chilean assets, Relincho and El Morro respectively, into Corridor Project.
  • Alberta Investment Management Corporation, a Canadian investment fund, on the sale of its 50% stake in Autopista Central to Abertis Infraestructuras for USD1 billion.
  • International Swap and Derivates Association (ISDA) on a plan to promote a revision of the Chilean Central Bank regulation on netting of derivative transactions involving local banks, insurance companies and pension funds.
  • Graña y Montero, a Peruvian group, in the acquisition of DSD Construcciones y Montajes from the German Group Ferrostaal.
  • International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) in the preparation and execution of a report on derivative transactions under an ISDA Master Agreement.
  • Christus Health in the acquisition of 40% of Chile’s largest private healthcare group, Red de Salud Universidad Católica, for USD205 million, and in the negotiation of a joint venture for the management and development of the project.
