  • Owners of concessions over toll roads in Chile in the modification and refinancing of their concessioned projects (Gibson Dunn & Crutcher).
  • Tarjeta Naranja subsidiary of Banco Galicia, leading company in the Argentinian credit market, in the issuance of notes registered in the stock markets of Buenos Aires, New York and Luxembourg (Gibson Dunn & Crutcher).
  • An international investment fund in the acquisition of an important stake in six concessioned ports in South America, and in the negotiation of a new stockholder agreement governing the holding entity (Gibson Dunn & Crutcher).
  • Deutsche Bank in a credit agreement for USD 450 million under New York Law and the obtention of guarantees in different jurisdictions, in order to finance the acquisition of energy generation plants in Peru (Gibson Dunn & Crutcher).
