Experience

Member of Carey’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group. Mrs. Dittus is specialist in Intellectual Property Litigation. Her practice is focused in disputes, litigation and enforcement concerning intellectual property rights and copyright infringement. Among other matters her experience comprehends advice and judicial representation of patent holders in cases based on patent infringement; the judicial representation of trademarks owners in civil and administrative disputes arising from the application of special legislations; the representation of trade dress holders via Unfair Competition Act; and the defense of authors and related rights owners against copyright violations.
