Chile’s Codelco makes US$800 million bond issuance
Chile’s Carey and the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP have advised Chilean state-owned copper mining company Codelco on a US$800 million bond issuance.
The initial purchasers were advised by the New York, London and Washington, DC offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Chile’s Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner.
The offering closed on 9 July.
