Davis Polk, Carey, Cleary and Claro in Banco del Estado debt offering

Cleary, Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in Buenos Aires, New York and London and Chile’s Claro y Cía have helped Chilean state bank Banco del Estado with a US$200 million notes offering.

The issuance of 2 per cent senior notes due 2017 closed on 10 May.
